Close the w3dbsmgr.exe software first.
Follow the instructions below to close the w3dbsmgr.exe programme:
Press the Control+Shift+Esc keys together.
Select the same from the procedure button. You must confirm that your computer is running Windows Vista or Windows 7. If you’re using Windows 8, 8.1, or 10, look for and click on the Detail tab.
With the mouse, choose the w3dbsmgr.exe program’s available collection of picture tiles.
💠On the right-hand bottom side, click on the End Procedure button.
💠When you see a warning popup, select yes.
💠Make sure to start the pervasive service another time so that the changes can apply.
💠Try to check whether you are still getting the same error message or not while opening Sage 50 account software.

Solution 3: Verify that the firewall programme that is set to limit all traffic streams is not specifically allowed to have access. Make changes to the settings if your firewall programme does not allow the stream of traffic to pass through. You can do so by following the instructions below.Enable the Sage app and pervasive services to access the machine’s files under the firewall settings.Check your antivirus settings as well, and make sure the Sage app is enabled.Check to see if you’re still getting the same issue.
