Start the QuickBooks application.
Select Payroll Center from the Employees menu.
In the Pay Scheduled Liabilities section, choose the federal e-payment you want to file.
Click “View/Pay” at the bottom of the window.
Next to E-Payment, click the button.
To open the E-Pay log in window, click E-Pay->.
Double-enter your EFTPS password and PIN.
Include contact details such as a phone number and an email address.
Submit the form.
Call EFTPS customer service at (800) 555-8778 if you forget your PIN.
You can also make payments by phone by dialling (800) 555-3453 for EFTPS.

Navigate to Taxes.
