failed to retrieve data error in sage 50 crystal reports – how to fix?

Hi all,
When I am doing to retrieve data from the database, getting failed and not able to retrieve data from the database. I am facing this issue when I run any crystal report like form, report, paperless. Please let me know if anyone has solution.

error Message “Crystal Error CI_Report_Unable: Failed to retrieve data from the database.Database Vendor Code: 133}”
