How can I access my database during “remote access to sage act error”?

I am having an issue when attempting to access my database remotely.

Error message “the database could not be accessed”

One more error is comingĀ “Cannot find database supplemental files folders.” Please provide solution.

Hi Alice,

Check your network connection if you are accessing database on the network.

And if you are accessing database, it would be not shared.
