how to fix sage w3dbsmgr error 8519?

we were using Sage 50 multiuser in windows 2008 server last two months. It was also installed on another system on the network. But now we installing this into new window 2008 server that showing error “W3DBSMGR (5.11.1.14): Error 8519”.

After clicking on the error 8519, it showing another error 8520. any help?

    Yes, but showing the same issue after rebooting the system.
