- If the status is shown as Running: No, click Start Service
- If the status is shown as Running: Yes, click Stop Service
- Then click on Start Service
- Check if the issue is solved
Method 2: If the Data File is contained My Documents
- Go to C Drive and create a new folder
- Now move the data file to this newly created folder
- If all the computers in the network share the same file, you must get a new network path location for the folder just created
- Now use this new folder and open the data file
