Hi, when I am creating the backup of my company I found of error like “Unable to create the file to the address”, “restore failed, Unable to restore”. Would you please tell me how can I do this backup and restore.

I am using windows 8 and the folder where I trying to create a backup in C:\Documents and Setting\[company folder], but showing mentioned error.
