Someone Is Already Using The Program Under This Name

there seems to be slight server disconnects while logged into SAGE50 timesheets that causes the software upon relogging in to display “someone is already using the program under this name”. Is there a way to fix the issue without restarting the server each time?

using the latest one form the Canadian Edition ,I cant service the server now however because other users are still working on SAGE50 ,Without being able to actively make changes we can’t really go through the issue over the phone now anyway, is there possibly a link to documentation that I can try at the end of the day? If not I can just contact back here later, preferably a fix though the SAGE 50 Connection Manager  .
