Method 1: Examine the Computer’s Configuration:

 

The software’s functionality may be harmed by third-party applications or software. To begin, you must check “KB 86048, whether it is an anti-virus, third-party program, or firewall within Sage 50.”

 

Run as Administrator (Method 2):

 

Right-click on the icon and select the appropriate option to run Sage 50 as Administrator.

 

If you don’t get the error “Key file not found,” it means you don’t have accessibility authorization.

If the issue persists, contact your software developer.
