What is the reason behind Sage 50 premium User ID and Password not working?

My username and password aren’t working when I try to log in to Sage 50 premium, and it doesn’t give options for resetting?

The user must remove his or her internet browser’s history, cookies, and cache. After that, try logging in with the right user id and password again. If you are still unable to log in, try using the right user id and password. If you are still unable to log in, try using a different internet browser.

    • Select the user from the list menu.


    • Next, select the Reset Password option.


    • It is necessary to fill out the new password for the user in both areas.


    • Click the OK/Close button.


    • The user must now login with a new password.


    • To reset the password, press the OK button.


    • Return to the old password section and input the new password; the problem is now addressed.
